GOOD STYLE.
GOOD KARMA.
GOOD DOGS.
Life in paradise isn’t always easy for dogs.
Across Bali, many dogs live without regular access to food, medical care, sterilisation or safe homes. The problem is visible, but the solution is not always simple.
One-off donations help. Volunteers help. Rescue work helps. But over time, these structures can become difficult to sustain. They often depend on the same small group of people, limited resources and constant fundraising.
We wanted to create something that could keep going.
THE LOST DOGS Bali was built as a small community-run micro business, not only a donation platform. Through a purpose-driven merchandise collection, we create products that people can buy, wear and use, while directly supporting practical care for dogs across the island.
The idea is simple: build a small business that funds long-term animal care.
Profits from THE LOST DOGS help support sterilisations, medical treatment and food for Bali’s street dogs. At the same time, the project creates work around design, production, packing, selling and sharing the story. It supports not only the animals, but also the people involved in making the initiative possible.
This is what makes the model more sustainable.
It is not charity from the outside. It is a small cottage industry shaped by community, creativity and care. A way to generate ongoing support, create local opportunities and build something that can grow slowly, responsibly and with purpose.

THE LOST DOGS is also about awareness.
Responsible pet care. Better questions. More compassion. A more conscious way of living alongside the animals that share this island.
We know change takes time. But with every product sold, every dog sterilised, every treatment funded and every conversation started, we move a little closer.
Small steps. Real impact. One dog at a time.
